In Words of the Mute was just an Idea brought together by a group of friends who like all kinds of music. They didn't feel it was right to limit their talents to a specific genre of music, and so the musical ear candy began. In Words of the Mute (also known as IWOTM) mixes musical tastes from Experimental, Southern Rock, Rock, Blues, Hardcore, and Ambient genres together in a slew of musical fusion.
IWOTM plans to spread the goodness to anyone willing to listen with their Debut EP recorded by Dead Point Studios. Their live show is something you must see in person to get the full effect, from off timed musical rhythyms, bass lines run by a silver hand and a golden heart, to ambient flowing guitars, soaring vocals, and melodies that will not leave your head, IWOTM is something your ears will not soon forget.
